Hoot Hoot... Owls

I found these sweet owl pin cushions on DIYdish.com and made a bunch of them. They were so easy to make, and came out so cute. You can download the pattern on their website, but the directions aren't very clear, so you need to watch the video too.
The little green one is the size the pattern made. I enlarged the pattern and made the big ones.
A great project for your scrap fabrics. I filled mine with rice and stuffing.
I filled the legs with rice.

  2. Those are very cute! A few years ago I made some long legged elves to sit on a shelf for Christmas. I just might have to make some of these too. Thanks for the idea! Thank you so much for visiting and your sweet comments! I have now gone overboard with the silver polishing. I keep an eye out for all tarnished silver to buy!
